I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and debit cards that are backed by any of these cards. If you are a local customer that is picking up your order, I accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, and google/apple pay.

Yes I do accept custom orders. However, depending on the complexity of your request and how busy I am, I may not be able to take on your custom order at the time. Please fill out the custom order product fields and sumbit the $30 deposit to start the process. If you have any further questions than what is explained under the custom order product, please dont hesitate to send me an email to nicholemade@gmail.com.

Once I recieve your custom order request, I will draw up the intial proof and email it to you within 7-10 days. You will then have a chance to critique it for any changes you want in layout, words, font, etc. If there are changes you want made, I will make a second proof and email it back to you. You may edit the design up to 2 times upon recieving the initial proof. Any further edits are subject to an additiional $10 fee.

Unfortunalty no, due to the nature of custom orders all custom or personalized orders are final sale.

I will gladly accept returns on anything that arrives to you damaged. As long as you're able to provide visible proof of the damage. You will have to mail or deliver the product back to me, once I receive the product, I will issue a refund for the full cost of the item, not including any shipping costs. I can also make a replacement product if you'd prefer and ship it to you for free. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders. If you have any other questions regarding returns, please don't hesitate to ask!

All orders will be shipped through Canada Post unless requested otherwise. By request, I can ship your order through FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post. Shipping costs may vary by shipping method.

Of course! You can select STORE PICKIP at checkout to void shipping costs. DO NOT select this option unless you are local and are able to pickup your order in Nanaimo, BC. Depending on your location, I can arrange to meet you someone if closeby, otherwise you will need to pick up from me. Once your order is ready you will recieve a notification from me that your item is ready for pickup, along with the specific address in Nanaimo (unless we discuss otherwise) and availble times to come and pickup your order. Please make sure that you have a valid method of contact noted in your order so I can contact you. If you are not able to get to Nanaimo, BC to pickup your order please pay for shipping costs for your order.

As you probably have guessed, my name is Nichole. I am a 20-year-old with a passion for art and home decor. I live on Vancouver Island where I spend my time going to university, hanging out with my family and friends, and making things. I grew up with a great loving family who's supported me through all my dreams and encouraged me to chase them. I was always very creative, in all aspects of the word. I was in dance for several years doing hip-hop and contemporary-style dancing, I also played several musical instruments, mostly guitar, and of course, I did a lot of painting, drawing and DIY projects. I met my best friend 5 years ago and he's not only won over my heart but every heart that he meets - oscar is my little buddy who sits right beside me at my desk as I create and gives me kisses of support and encouragement. He's the best helper I could've asked for! He's also the inspiration behind my ultimate career choice of becoming a veterinarian! I love animals just as much as I love art, and making people smile.

I started Nichole Made on a whim one day when I made an art piece for my mom and she told me that I should try and make something out of my talent and love for art. I always dreamed of running my own little art business but never got around to it or thought it would kick-off. During my first year of university, I started making handmade greeting cards, and wood signs as gifts for my family and friends and quickly gained a lot of interest. I started a Facebook page to expand my reach and started selling to friends of friends and people I didn't know at all that were interested. I attended several craft sales and had a lot of success. With so much interest I decided to expand even more and see where this takes me. Nichole Made is my way of doing what I love creating beautiful little things and putting smiles on peoples faces. I absolutely love what I do and have so much fun creating all these unique pieces for other people to love just as much as I do. I'm very excited to see where this takes me, and I owe it all to you!
